We are thrilled you are here and look forward to inviting you on a personal wellness journey that supports your flourishing.
For over a decade, Dr. Morgan Winter has been studying the nervous system. Her first teachers were horses. The language of horses is subtle and energetic. She brings a calm and open energy to all of her work, skills she learned in building a partnership with her horse, Hank. She started her professional life working in public mental health on a regional crisis line and dedicated outpatient mental health practice. What she found there was a reckoning with her own personal story of trauma and recovery from a traumatic brain injury that had her asking deeper questions about how our body is the record of all that has happened to us.
She turned her energy and attention to studying the body, making a complete career 180 degree turn to pursue her doctorate. She holds a Doctorate of Chiropractic Cum Laude from Life Chiropractic College West. Dr. Morgan brings a holistic view to her clinical approach. She understands that the body and the mind are not separate, and that healing is far more powerful when they are addressed together. Her approach weaves a combination of low force techniques, including Network Spinal and CranioSacral into her practice in order to best serve people from all walks of life. If you’re feeling stuck or uncertain about your healing path, you’re exactly where she hopes to meet you. We start by turning inwards and exploring the stories that have shaped you, and are continuing to shape you, that are present in your body. Then, we use grounded, evidence backed strategies to help teach your body new stories that feel fulfilling and aligned with your needs; expanding the possibilities in your life with confidence, clarity and hope.
In her free time, Dr. Morgan is out in nature with her dog, Haedyn, reading a book in a cozy chair with her kitty Hazel or spending time with her cherished family and friends. A self-proclaimed “horse girl”, she spends as much time visiting with friend’s horses as she can; and looks forward to when she can welcome her new horse companion into her life.
In loving memory of Hank 1996-2019.
This is not your typical Chiropractic office, here at Reflections, we offer Network Spinal entrainments. Entrainments are gentle, precise contacts along the spine that help the nervous system to release old stored trauma and stress patterns and create new pathways of connection and ways of being. Experience the power of working with your body to thrive!
For those who are seeking more tailored one to one support for stubborn, chronic or deeply traumatic experiences we offer CranioSacral care. CranioSacral bodywork focuses on the rhythm of cerebral spinal fluid (CSF) that moves and suspends your brain and spinal cord. Imbalance in the flow of CSF can impact the body widely and restoring its function is vital to the body being able to express life fully.

I am a private pay clinic. I spend a significant amount of time with you to create a unique plan that works to take care of you, and this often falls outside of a neat CPT code box. Real transformation from a bodywork lens takes 12+ weeks of integrated care to build sustainable lasting change, most insurance plans are limited to 12 visits a year. While I understand that many of us want to utilize insurance benefits as much as possible, especially as we seem to be witnessing the premiums rising and the covered services falling; your nervous system and you deserve time and care. I am always happy to provide a superbill upon request, which you would be responsible for submitting to your insurance company in order for them to directly reimburse you according to the terms of your agreement with them.
I have built my pricing to be a fair reflection of the years of training and preparation that I have undertaken in order to bring the best clinical information and technique to you. I, too, watch in dismay as the cost of goods and basic necessities continues to rise unchecked. Please know that reaching out and advocating for yourself is always welcome and we can discuss payment options on a case by case basis.
Network Spinal is a gentle form of chiropractic care, deeply respecting your body and there is no forced “popping” or “cracking” to be had.
